Land-use expert and gubernatorial primary candidate Karrin Taylor Robson, attorney Jordan Rose, and MAP Strategies Group CEO Mi-Ai Parrish welcome fellow women of influence this week for an evening of storytelling and community development, as the trio delves into the world of redemption and female empowerment at Arouet, a local non-profit that prepares and supports formerly incarcerated women for new opportunities.

“Everyone involved with the Arouet event cares deeply for the unique challenges women face every day, whether engaged with the justice system or firmly established in their careers – we are all here to be supportive of one another,” Parrish says.

Arouet was formed in 2011 to provide wrap-around social support for women who have been directly impacted by the justice system and reduce the rate of recidivism through a variety of pre- and post-release programming, focused mentoring and other mechanisms.

Rose hosts the gathering tomorrow in Paradise Valley, while Taylor Robson serves as honorary chairwoman. Parrish moderates a conversation with attendees and Arouet program participants and uncovers why “your past does not determine your future.”

Karrin Taylor Robson is a renown land-use expert and gubernatorial nominee candidate for 2022.
Governor Doug Ducey appointed her to the Arizona Board of Regents in June of 2017, where she serves as secretary of the board, chair of the Finance, Capital and Resources Committee and member of the Audit Committee and Academic Affairs and Educational Attainment Committee. Taylor Robson also is the founder and president of Arizona Strategies, a land-use strategy company headquartered in Phoenix.

Jordan Rose is the Founder and President of Rose Law Group, a full-service real estate and business law firm practicing in land use, zoning, renewable energy, government relations and lobbying, administrative law, family law, transactional real estate, employment law, water law, Native American relations, ADA compliance, infrastructure finance, special districts taxation, business formation/corporation transactions, business litigation, and more.

Mi-Ai Parrish is widely regarded as a leading voice among Asian American and women executives in the United States.
